Project Notes

Mas brand epoxy worked but had more bubbles than expected, I prefer Liquid Glass. Leave the board size as large as possible and only cut and thickness plane to size after the epoxy has cured. Cover the top with thin layer of epoxy during pour as well. This will seal both the top and bottom to help prevent cupping. If the boards are under an inch thick, make sure to sand and finish them the same day they are planed. If left to sit unfinished, high possibility of it cupping or warping like my first table. It’s important to factor in time and cost of making the forms that will be used for the epoxy pour.
