Made a pair of new crosscut sleds for my upgraded table saw.  This larger sled is made of 3/4″ MDF with a Formica Laminate attached to the top.  The fences are two 1/2″ plywood glued together with Walnut edge banding all the way around.  T-Track was inset on either side of the blade for hold down clamps and other accessories.
